Security Site Supervisor – Mall Environment in Etobicoke, ON.

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Pay Rate: $23.00 to $24.00 /hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30–15:30 (Flexibility required to cover additional hours and shifts)

Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated, experienced Senior Security Site Supervisor to lead daily operations in a busy retail mall in Etobicoke. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an effective leader, and someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff.

In this role, you will supervise frontline Security Professionals and the Team Lead, support incident response, and ensure the smooth execution of all site procedures. Applicants with retail or mall supervisory experience and strong attention to detail are highly encouraged to apply.

• Supervise, guide, and support the security team to ensure efficient daily operations and adherence to site protocols.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings, assign duties, and provide coaching to strengthen team performance and development.
• Review submitted reports to ensure all relevant information is accurate before approval.

• Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Coordinate effectively with mall management, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.

• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct proactive patrols throughout the property.
• Enforce access control measures to maintain a secure and safe environment.

• Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.

• Engage with mall tenants, visitors, and management in a professional and customer‑focused manner.
• Support a safe, positive experience for all individuals on site.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, mall, or other high‑traffic security environments.
• Recognition or demonstrated merit in security or law enforcement is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent documentation, incident reporting, and computer proficiency.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Valid Standard/Emergency First Aid & CPR certification.
• Eligible to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 20 kg.
