Position: Part Time Supervisor
Site: Yorkville Village, First Capital
Pay Rate: $21.50 an hour
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday (12:00 – 00:00)
Overtime Method: Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) After 88 hours

• Being alert and observant while outside, standing or walking for an extended period in all weather conditions (rain, snow, excessive heat & cold, etc.)
• Maintain communications with fellow security guard/dispatchers, client personnel and Paladin managerial staff.
• Ensure all site staff adhere to all Paladin Security policies and procedures.
• Complete mobile patrols diligently.
• Document and investigate security incidents and complaints.
• Communicate any concerns/issues with supervisor/client service manager or the client.
• Maintain the highest standard of security, being professional in attitude, appearance, and application.
• Represent Paladin Security, Yorkville Village and their respected customers in a manner that enhances quality, image and reputation.
• Perform security duties in accordance with established procedures and ensure they comply with federal, provincial and municipal laws.
• Observe and record all discrepancies, deficiencies and safety hazards/concerns noted during patrols, taking corrective action by informing the applicable department or handling it personally, whenever possible.
• Be courteous and helpful in enforcing all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
• Respond immediately to any emergency and coordinate response accordingly based on established procedures.

• Valid security license for the province of Ontario.
• Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C from a WSIB‑approved vendor.
• COVID‑19 vaccine – two doses.
• Valid G‑class driver licence.
• Provide driver's abstract with no more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years.
• English (oral and written) fluency is a must.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management position, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB).
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
