Ready to suit up as a Tactical Event Security Supervisor
What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong interpersonal skills are your greatest strengths.
As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

Responsibilities for a Tactical Event Security Supervisor
Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activityCheck identification and control access to secure areasReact quickly to threats or incidents and document actions takenCheck the proper functioning of alarms and camerasRespond to alarms and conduct on-site checksCollaborate with law enforcement during serious incidentsQualifications for a Tactical Event Security Supervisor
Be authorized to work in CanadaHold a valid security licenseFirst aid certification - requiredAbility to stand and walk throughout shiftMinimum 1 year of Tactical Security ExperienceMinimum 1 year of Supervisory ExperienceMinimum 2 years of Event Security Experience (or equivalent combined experience)Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProven leadership and team-building skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to respond to operational requirements on short noticeProfessional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service excellenceThis posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.
