Leverage your in-depth security knowledge to lead and manage the security team, effectively assigning tasks and ensuring their efficient executionProactively identify areas for improvement in security processes and implement necessary changesLead the response to incidents and emergencies (including but not limited to fire control, use of force, de-escalation, and medical situations). Demonstrate a proven track record of conducting and reviewing audits for radios, cameras, inventory, and keys to maintain a secure environmentPrioritize outstanding customer service by providing exceptional support to tenants, guests, and visitorsOversee the efficient review, update, and closure of reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to dateDiplomatically enforce property standards while maintaining peace and securityEffectively monitor CCTV surveillance systems, promptly identifying and responding to any suspicious or unauthorized activitiesMaintain exceptional observational awareness and attention to detail, proactively identifying and addressing potential security threatsFoster a positive and collaborative work environment by utilizing your strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligenceEnsure you hold all necessary certifications and training required for security rolesTechnical Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and OutlookExpertise in daily report writing (DAR) and incident report writing using Perspective ApplicationStrong email communication skills for clear and concise written communicationThorough knowledge of fire safety plans and emergency evacuation procedures;Authorized to work in Canada legallySecurity System Knowledge:

First Aid, CPR Level C
Minimum of 1 year security experience
Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel, Teams)
Valid Security License
Authorized to legally work in Canada
Minimum 1 Year of Dispatch or Scheduling Experience
Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in French and English.
Bachelor's Degree in Legal Administration
