Position: Full Time Security Supervisor

Site: North York (Consumers) - Office Building

Pay Rate: $22.81

Schedule: Monday to Friday (0000 - 0800)

OT Method: Employment Standards Act

• Reporting directly to the Client Service Manager
• Be intimately familiar with daily security operations at the site with secondary understanding of operations at all other client locations throughout Ontario
• Access control for 15+ sites throughout Ontario
• Understanding of and ability to navigate Building Automation Software
• Access card creation and turnkey process
• Running relevant reports from access system database
• Prepare monthly “state of the site” reports for the Client Service Manager
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the monthly life safety inspections
• Participate in BCP and ERP mock drills
• Provide alternative point of contact for client management in absence of the Regional Account Manager
• Support and contribute to preparation and execution of site team meetings
• Assist with all other operational security needs as required
• This job reports to the Client Service Manager

• Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
• Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB‑approved vendor)
• Valid G class Driver License
• English (oral and written) fluency is a must
• Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership within the security field
• Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Certification Requirements:
  Standard First Aid, CPR Level C;
  Valid Ontario Security License;
  Valid G or G2 Drivers License
