Part‑time supervisor – 2nd shift, weekends (Saturday and Sunday 1200‑0000)

• Pay rate: $21.50 per hour
• Overtime:
  Averaging Agreement after 88 hours

• Remain alert & observant while outside, standing or walking for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Maintain communications with fellow security guard/dispatchers, client roster and Paladin managerial staff.
• Ensure all site staff adhere to Paladin Security policies and procedures.
• Complete mobile patrols diligently.
• Document and investigate security incidents and complaints.
• Communicate concerns or issues with supervisor, client service manager or client.
• Maintain the highest standard of security, professionalism in attitude, appearance and application.
• Represent Paladin Security, Yorkville Village and customers to enhance quality, image and reputation.
• Perform security duties according to established procedures, all within federal, provincial and municipal laws.
• Be observant, record all discrepancies, deficiencies and safety hazards noted during patrols and take corrective action when possible.
• Be courteous and helpful in enforcing all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
• Respond immediately to any emergency and coordinate response according to established procedures.

• Valid security license for Ontario.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB‑approved vendor.
• COVID‑19 vaccine – two doses.
• Valid G‑class driver licence and up‑to‑date driver’s abstract (
