Site: North York (Consumers) - Office Building
Schedule: Monday to Friday (0000 - 0800)

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the CSMBe intimately familiar with daily security operations at the site with secondary understanding of operations at all other client locations throughout OntarioAccess control for 15+ sites throughout OntarioUnderstanding of and ability to navigate Building Automation SoftwareAccess card creation. Turnkey processRunning relevant reports from access system data basePrepare monthly “state of the site” reports for the CSMCoordinate and oversee all aspects of the monthly life safety inspectionsParticipate in BCP and ERP mocks drillsProvides alternative point of contact for client management in absence of the Regional Account ManagerSupport and contribute to preparation and execution of site team meetingsAssist with all other operational security needs as required.Prerequisites:
Valid Security License for the province of OntarioValid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)Valid G class Driver LicenseEnglish (oral and written) fluency is a mustPrevious supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership within the security fieldMust be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)Legally authorized to work in CanadaWhy choose Paladin?
