Pay: $21.59 per hour

• Provides leadership, direction, and ongoing coaching and training
• Ensures all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out as required for each shift
• Ensures site staff adhere to all Paladin Security and site‑specific security policies and procedures
• Plans and implements shift work schedules
• Ensures all Security Guards have received mandatory training
• Motivates staff and issues commendations
• Disciplines staff when necessary and ensures proper documentation is passed onto head office
• Performs security audits
• Documents and investigates security incidents and complaints
• Provides proactive and reactive security patrols
• Communicates any concerns/issues with Client Service Manager

• Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider
• COVID vaccine (two doses)
• Proof of up‑to‑date immunization records for Mumps, Measles, Rubella, Varicella and a 2‑step Tuberculosis skin test
• Willingly complete N95 mask fit testing during training
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure
• Proven ability to train, direct, and motivate staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB); if not possessed, must opt into Paladin’s UOF/MOAB certification program prior to onboarding to meet requirements
