CBI Home Health is looking to hire an Identity & Access Management Specialist in Ontario.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $74,000 per year.

• Own and support the full lifecycle of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including user provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and role design.
• Implement, maintain, and integrate IAM technologies such as SSO, federated identity, Azure AD, and related identity infrastructure.
• Lead IAM initiatives and projects, acting as a subject matter expert while supporting day‑to‑day security operations, incident, and problem management.
• Identify and remediate access control gaps, manage access exceptions, test new identity services, and oversee patch management of IAM components.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce IAM policies, standards, procedures, and best practices in alignment with the organizational security strategy.
• Own and operate IAM controls supporting compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC 2, regulatory requirements) and contribute to risk assessments and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, communicate IAM changes, represent IAM in governance forums, and stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree, college degree (or equivalent experience) in technology, healthcare or business.
• Understanding of project management and portfolio management rudiments.
• Proven experience leading and facilitating change within the organization.
• Strong Customer Relationship Management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook.
