Responsibilities- Greet customers in the showroom and build rapport through friendly, professional communication
- Understand each customer’s vehicle needs and provide expert product knowledge
- Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, trade‑ins, and financing
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain accurate records using the dealership CRM system
- Stay up to date on Volkswagen products, promotions, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior sales or customer service experience (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
