• Greet customers in the showroom and build rapport through friendly, professional communication
• Understand each customer’s vehicle needs and provide expert product knowledge
• Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, trade‑ins, and financing
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain accurate records using the dealership CRM system
• Stay up to date on Volkswagen products, promotions, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Prior sales or customer service experience (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
