This role is designed as a stepping stone into a full Event Sales position for high-performing team members who are eager to grow within the company.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive Corporate Catering Sales:
Manage inbound corporate inquiries, prepare customized quotes and proposals, and support daily revenue growth. - Build Client Relationships:
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with corporate clients while identifying opportunities to enhance and upsell services. - Revenue Contribution:
Earn commission on upsells and new accounts handled directly, contributing to both personal and team success.
- Order Processing & Coordination:
Process and manage sales orders from other sales team members with accuracy and efficiency. - Logistics & Communication:
Coordinate closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. - Financial Administration:
Manage invoicing, deposits, and documentation to maintain organized and efficient workflows. - Operational Support:
Maintain clear communication between clients, sales, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate catering, hospitality, event coordination, or inside sales. Experience in off‑premise catering is an asset.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with catering or event management software (Caterease preferred) and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is motivated to grow into an Event Sales role and build a long-term career in corporate catering.
