About the Opportunity:Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Services Sales Executive to join our growing global team. You will work collaboratively with our Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) to package comprehensive Professional Services solutions for prospects and customers. Our ideal candidate is passionate about services sales, has a deep understanding of enterprise-level implementation requirements, and excels at defining and presenting complex solutions that redefine the learning and development landscape and align to the customers overarching business needs.
Responsibilities- Discovery &
Qualification:
Use expert discovery skills to explore a buyer’s current state, understanding the true nature of their pain points and business impact. - Strategic
Collaboration:
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Professional Services to qualify and successfully sell professional services to both new logos and existing customers. - Solution Positioning:
Inspire and educate prospects on the value of our growing suite of services, creatively positioning how they work in tandem with our LMS solution. - Value Storytelling:
Build credibility through relatable storytelling, translating technical and service value into terms customers easily understand. - Deal Execution:
Lead the writing, negotiation, and delivery of professional services Statements of Work (SOW) and enterprise-level RFP responses, accelerating deal velocity. - Forecasting & Strategy:
Maintain high forecast accuracy to help the business strategically plan revenue growth and delivery capacity. - Innovation:
Contribute field insights to help create new revenue streams by proposing service offerings that meet evolving customer needs. - Operational Excellence:
Optimize workflows and processes to improve execution and the overall customer experience across different geographies. - Partner Alignment:
Collaborate with valued services partners to expand reach and build sophisticated, multi-region implementation plans.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned services sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience:
3+ years of Professional Services, Account Management, or related experience; 2+ years of SaaS B2B sales experience (preferably in the Learning (LMS) or HCM space). - Communication:
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal). German language skills are considered a strong asset for the EMEA portfolio. - Sales Acumen: A proven track record of exceeding targets, managing a healthy pipeline, and tackling complex objections with ease.
- Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of enterprise-level implementation project requirements and SaaS delivery life cycles.
- Interpersonal
Skills:
Strong empathy for customers and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from Project Managers to C-Suite. - Soft Skills:
