Virtual Starlight is a structured, phase-based marketing agency focused on helping businesses validate their marketing strategy before scaling.

We are seeking a confident, experienced Sales Closer to join our performance-driven team.

This is a commission-based position with clear earning potential and a structured pathway to a salaried role based on performance.

You will be responsible for:

• Running structured discovery calls
• Handling objections professionally

This is consultative selling. We do not use pressure tactics or unrealistic promises.

This role is commission-only to start.

Commission is paid on collected revenue from:

Typical commission per closed deal may range from:

• $750–$1,500+ per month for Phase 2 retainers
• Higher commissions for long-term Phase 3 partnerships

Actual earnings depend on performance and closed revenue.

There are additional performance-based bonuses available at leadership discretion.

High-performing team members may be considered for:

• Reduced commission with base compensation
• Expanded leadership opportunities

Eligibility for salaried roles requires:

• A minimum of three consecutive months of consistent performance
• Strong professionalism and client management
• Demonstrated ability to close aligned, qualified clients

Salary consideration is performance-based and not guaranteed.

You:

• Have experience selling marketing or high-ticket services
• Are comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Are confident running structured sales calls
• Understand long-term relationship selling
• Can communicate value clearly and ethically

This role is best suited for individuals who are motivated by performance and growth.

• This is not a base-salary role at the start.
