• Manage your own route, delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Upsell, cross‑sell, and introduce new products to maximize customer value
• Build strong relationships, resolve concerns, and keep customers coming back
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and professionally
• Handle payments, paperwork, and keep accounts organized
• Participate in promotions, contests, and training to sharpen your skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• At least 1 year of safe driving experience
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals
• Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately
• Safety-sensitive role; drug and alcohol testing is required

• Sitting, grasping, and driving for extended periods
• Stooping and climbing stairs
• Lifting up to 75 lbs
• Walking, writing, hearing, and speaking clearly

• 10 hours each scheduled day
• Pay: $28.57 per hour + commission based on route revenue
