, and we’re looking for an Account Manager in the Toronto area who’s ready to grow business, build relationships, and make an impact.

• Work with a variety of products: envelopes, labels, e-commerce packaging & more

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio
• Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities independently
• Prepare proposals, pricing models, and client-specific presentations
• Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines

• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs, operations, and competitive landscape
• Engage with customers regularly through in-person appointments and communications
• Ensure satisfaction through proactive follow-up and responsive service

• Collaborate with internal teams (manufacturing, credit, quality) to resolve issues
• Coordinate order entry and fulfillment with Sales Coordinator
• Maintain accurate records and submit required reports (inventory, sales activity, etc.)
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
• Assist in annual sales budget planning and strategic account reviews

• Self-motivated, organized, and career-driven
• Outgoing, personable, and love building relationships
• Experienced in sales (2–4 years preferred, print/packaging a plus)
• Ready to travel and bring a “can-do” attitude
