Sales and Marketing Coordinator – Club Channel
Reporting to the Club Channel Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the sales, production and marketing teams to introduce and manage our products in the Club Channel. The person will play a key role in coordinating marketing projects and supporting sales.
The position may be based in Toronto, Ontario or Rougemont, Québec.

- Perform weekly and monthly sales analysis from the database (POS) as well as internal sales reports.
- Coordinate the development of new products with internal and external stakeholders: packaging approval, proofreading, schedules, first production, samples requests, etc.
- Monitor product inventories and carry out the necessary follow-ups to optimize service level.
- Coordinate demonstration programs according to the established plan and ensure that monthly monitoring is updated.
- Support the creation of client presentations.
- Verify and maintain the accuracy of products on the client’s digital platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant/equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the food industry (an asset), CPG or Canadian retail.
- Bilingualism in French/English (essential: exchanges with unilingual English-speaking colleagues, clients and suppliers in other provinces or countries).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with databases such as Nielsen, Circana (asset).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, multitask, detail oriented and highly organized.
- Strong ability to work in a team.
