** Position Summary
** The Senior National Sales Manager will lead and scale the national sales strategy for our injectable aesthetics portfolio, driving revenue growth, market penetration, and brand leadership across clinics, distributors, and key accounts. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, managing a high-performing sales team while building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and partners in the aesthetics space.
This position is based at Galderma office in Downtown Toronto with an annual base salary of 140, CAD plus bonus.
** Responsibilities:
**** Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
*** Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
* Implement strategic business plans to meet Business Unit objectives and KPIs
* Own national revenue targets, forecasting, and budgeting
* Identify new market opportunities, channels, and strategic partnerships
* Drive product launches and expansion into new territories or segments
** Team Leadership & Performance
*** Lead, coach, and develop a national team of sales managers and representatives
* Set clear KPIs, territories, and performance expectations
* Conduct regular performance reviews and field coaching
* Build a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture
* Demonstrate honesty and integrity, and model behaviors consistent with Galderma’s Four Commitments, company standards and policies.
** Account & Relationship Management
*** Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and KOLs
* Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing strategies
* Represent the company at industry congresses, events, and trainings
* Act as a trusted commercial partner to top clinics and chains
** Commercial Excellence & Reporting
*** Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts and management business reviews / reports
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Training, Clinical, and Operations teams
* Ensure CRM adoption and data-driven decision-making
* Demonstrate agility and adaptability in learning new technologies and business processes.
** Compliance & Brand Representation
*** Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards
* Maintain strong brand positioning and professional presence in the aesthetics market
* Implement and champion all company compliance policies and procedures for self and sales organization.
