Baka Pozd Business Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Toronto
. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth in a competitive consultancy market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present consultancy services professionally and confidently to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align sales strategies.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in consultancy or professional services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
