Sales Team Lead thatwants to pursue an exciting career in theenergy efficiency space. This position provides optimal lead generation making sales smooth and straight to the point.

Main responsibilities & highlights
- Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Educate clients on our unique products and services.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Provide training and development to the sales team, ensuring they are highly efficient and organized.
- Monitor and report on team performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with atleast 2 years in a leadership role (Phone sales experience preferred).
- Experience with video platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Schedule: Weekdays:11:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Potential Compensation: CAD 150K
