Key Responsibilities:- Own the inbound lead process—qualify, organize, and route leads to the appropriate sales reps.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure sales reps have the right collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.).
- Assist in agreement and contract creation, ensuring smooth approval processes.
- Coordinate campaign efforts between Sales and Marketing—ensuring outreach aligns with demand-gen initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Management & Data Enrichment
- Own the inbound lead process—qualify, organize, and route leads to the appropriate sales reps.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure sales reps have the right collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.).
- Assist in agreement and contract creation, ensuring smooth approval processes.
- Coordinate campaign efforts between Sales and Marketing—ensuring outreach aligns with demand-gen initiatives.
- Maintain internal documentation of sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Monitor pipeline metrics and report on lead performance to optimize conversion strategies.
- Support Head of Sales with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and data reporting.
- Scrape and enrich enterprise lead data using tools like Apollo, Zoom Info, or Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene—keep records updated and create processes for accurate lead tracking.
