Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the inbound lead process—qualify, organize, and route leads to the appropriate sales reps.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure sales reps have the right collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.).
  • Assist in agreement and contract creation, ensuring smooth approval processes.
  • Coordinate campaign efforts between Sales and Marketing—ensuring outreach aligns with demand-gen initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Data Enrichment

  • Own the inbound lead process—qualify, organize, and route leads to the appropriate sales reps.
Sales & Marketing Coordination
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure sales reps have the right collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.).
  • Assist in agreement and contract creation, ensuring smooth approval processes.
  • Coordinate campaign efforts between Sales and Marketing—ensuring outreach aligns with demand-gen initiatives.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Maintain internal documentation of sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Monitor pipeline metrics and report on lead performance to optimize conversion strategies.
  • Support Head of Sales with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and data reporting.
  • Scrape and enrich enterprise lead data using tools like Apollo, Zoom Info, or Linked In Sales Navigator.
  • Ensure CRM data hygiene—keep records updated and create processes for accurate lead tracking.
