Junior Sales Representative; Door-to-Door | Outdoor Sales

We’re hiring driven, motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Representatives.

This is an outdoor, door-to-door sales role where you’ll work in residential neighborhoods speaking directly with homeowners and generating leads for our sales team.

No prior sales experience is required.
This role is designed for individuals at an early stage in their career who want hands-on experience in sales, communication, and business.

Training, scripts, and ongoing coaching are provided.

• Work door-to-door outdoors in assigned neighborhoods

• Speak confidently with homeowners and represent the brand professionally

• Generate and qualify leads through direct conversation

• Track activity and results

• Receive ongoing sales coaching and feedback

• Work independently while being supported by a team leader

• Entry-level or early-career individuals

• Prior sales experience

• A specific educational background

• Strong communication skills (or the desire to build them)

• Practical sales experience (not theoretical)

• Transferable communication and persuasion skills

• Confidence handling rejection and pressure

• Performance-based earnings (your effort directly impacts pay)

• Exposure to how a local business operates and grows
