Our client is a very established and highly reputable Canadian company selling FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to commercial clients within the Hospitality, Healthcare, Institutional, Design, and Construction sectors.

Clients receive a full service offering including expert consultation, project management, measuring and installation.

They are on the hunt for an outside salesperson to manage existing accounts in the territory plus drive net new business; once a project is secured, the salesperson passes off to a project manager to execute so the salesperson's sole focus is on account management and business development. The existing book of business that would be inherited is very strong and there are many strong national accounts with local business.

Compensation:

60-65K base salary

Monthly car allowance

Benefits

Uncapped commission plus guaranteed commission model

Annual Sales Bonus for meeting margin & sales targets Total annual OTE in year 1 for meeting quota = 120K; once experienced, the earning potential is in the 200-250K+ range!

Requirements:

5+ years of sales experience (preferably of a related product with experience selling to similar customers)

Experience selling large ticket contracts in the 500K-1M range

Relationship-based sales style

Entrepreneurial spirit who can work autonomously and independently

Highly intrinsically motivated

Proven business development skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
