Position: Territory Manager

Reports to: Ontario Sales Manager

Location: North York, ON

Industry: Food & Beverage

Employment Type: Full Time

Base Salary: $50,000 CAD per year

• Support all Ace Beverage Group Ready‑to‑Drink (RTD) products
• Plan, execute and evaluate in‑store merchandising and activation, including price, promotion, visibility and marketing of ABG brands
• Work collaboratively with our strategic partners in Ontario
• Take a lead role in supporting growth of Ace Beverage Group Brands in the North York / North Toronto area
• Deliver territory volume, share, and distribution targets across top retailers and on‑premise locations
• Build strong business relationships with customers and consumer groups
• Identify and leverage new business opportunities, including tastings and events
• Execute call cycle as per service level requirements and routine administrative duties

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous beverage alcohol or comparable selling experience is an asset
• Can reliably travel through the Greater Toronto Area
• Holds a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Superior sales skills in probing, matching solutions, negotiating and closing
• Excellent relationship building and follow‑up skills
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with budget management experience
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Computer proficiency and aptitude, specifically with Excel and Power Point
• Is a highly competitive team player known for taking initiative and working incredibly hard
