Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, Retail & Cash Automation, the Regional Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in both new and existing clients. A successful candidate is one that thrives in a competitive, fast‑paced sales environment. The Regional Sales Executive must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with business development partners, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

• Proactively generate new business through phone outreach and in‑person meetings with prospective clients
• Maintain and expand existing accounts by strengthening client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Compile responses to RFPs
• Collaborate with other departments on cross‑functional projects
• Take initiative to achieve professional/organizational goals
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Sales
• Proven track record of over‑achieving sales targets
• Experience responding to RFPs, especially municipal, state, and federal government
• Strong phone presence and dialing dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to demonstrate innovative, forward and creative thinking
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
