Lee & Associates Toronto is seeking a driven Junior Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is designed for motivated professionals who have foundational brokerage experience and are ready to increase production, manage transactions more independently, and build a defined market presence. You will work alongside senior professionals while taking greater ownership of business development, client relationships, and active transactions.
This is a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment where accountability, persistence, and professionalism are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience) in real estate, business, economics or related field preferred
- Current Ontario Real Estate License (in good standing with RECO)
- 1–5 years of professional experience in commercial real estate or a related field
- Demonstrated experience participating in lease and/or sale transactions
- Strong financial analysis and market research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and results‑oriented
- Proven ability to prospect through cold calling, networking, and relationship building
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, canvassing, and targeted networking
- Manage active lease and sale transactions from pitch to closing with senior oversight as needed
- Prepare financial analyses, proposals, presentations, and client reports
- Provide clients with reliable information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values
- Conduct property tours and client meetings independently
- Maintain CRM data integrity and oversee execution of marketing initiatives
- Build and manage a growing personal pipeline of prospects and clients
- Collaborate with senior brokers to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention
- Participate in industry associations and professional development initiatives to generate new business
