The Opportunity
We're seeking an entrepreneurial  Marketing & Branding Sales Director  to own revenue generation in Canada and globally. This is a  pure revenue-share partnership , not a salaried position.

Your role
Sell high-value marketing and branding campaigns to enterprises. We handle all delivery.

Compensation model

Revenue share: 10-20% of all retainer revenue you generate (negotiable based on experience)

Monthly retainer begins:
After your first closed deal OR $100K in signed contracts

Unlimited earning potential:
Top performers earn $250K-$1M+ annually

Recurring revenue:
You benefit from client renewals and expansions

Example earnings:

Close $500K in annual retainers → Earn $75K-$125K + monthly retainer

Close $2M in annual retainers → Earn $300K-$500K + monthly retainer

Close $5M in annual retainers → Earn $750K-$1.25M + monthly retainer

What You'll Do
Sell marketing & branding campaigns to enterprises.

Target clients: $10M-$1B+ companies (USA, UK, Canada, ANZ, MENA)

Decision-makers: CMOs, Marketing Directors, Brand Leaders, CEOs

Services you sell:

AI-powered marketing campaigns (paid media, content, SEO)

Brand transformation and positioning

Digital marketing strategies and execution

Marketing automation and optimization

Your responsibilities:

Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals

Conduct strategic sales conversations (consultative, not transactional)

Close $100K-$500K+ annual retainer agreements

Own full sales cycle from lead to signed contract

Build and manage client relationships (Cervoa handles delivery)

Success metrics

Q1:  $100K+ in closed contracts

Q2-Q4:  $250K-$500K+ per quarter

Year 1 target:  $1M-$2M+ in total signed contracts

Who You Are

Required experience:

5+ years selling marketing, advertising, branding, or digital services

Proven track record closing $50K-$500K+ deals

Experience selling to enterprise clients ($10M+ revenue)

Strong network in Canada or global markets (USA, UK, ANZ, MENA)

Comfortable with consultative, value-based selling

Your mindset:

Entrepreneurial (comfortable with performance-based compensation)

Self-motivated (you don't need management—you need targets)

Results-driven (you eat what you hunt)

Strategic (you sell outcomes, not services)

Ideal background:

Marketing agency sales leadership

Digital marketing/advertising sales

Brand consulting or strategy sales

SaaS/Mar Tech sales to marketing leaders

Consulting sales (Deloitte, Accenture, agencies)

Compensation & Benefits
Revenue Share Structure:

15-25% of all monthly retainer revenue you generate

Percentage negotiable based on experience and deal size

Commission on initial project fees (if applicable)

You benefit from client renewals and upsells

Monthly Retainer:

Begins after first closed deal OR $100K in signed contracts

Amount scales with your total closed revenue

Typical range: $3K-$15K/month (based on performance)
