We are recruiting on behalf of an established AI powered sales engagement platform used by high performing sales teams to automate and personalize outbound outreach platform helps revenue teams accelerate pipeline through automation, data enrichment, and modern prospecting workflows.
Role OverviewThe company is hiring an Account Executive with strong full cycle SaaS sales experience, particularly in outbound driven environments. You will generate outbound pipeline while also managing qualified inbound leads to maximize revenue.
Salary Range$70,000- $80,000 USD per year
Key Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close
- Drive new business through outbound strategies including calls, email, and social outreach
- Manage and convert qualified inbound leads
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns using the company platform and integrated sales tools
- Close deals across SMB and mid market segments while managing multiple opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed new customer and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Hub Spot CRM
- Share customer insights and market feedback to inform product and go to market strategy
- 3 or more years of full cycle SaaS sales experience
- Proven outbound prospecting experience including cold calling and email outreach
- Experience converting inbound sales inquiries into closed revenue
- Proficiency using Hub Spot CRM for pipeline management and reporting
- Experience with sales technology such as data enrichment, automation, or intent based prospecting is a strong plus
- Skilled at leading product demos and navigating multi stakeholder sales cycles
- Self starter comfortable operating in a fast paced startup environment
- Strong written, verbal, and relationship building skills
- Prior SaaS startup experience
- Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Vidyard, or similar platforms
- Understanding of real estate lead generation or related sales methodologies
