Territory Sales Representative - Retail
Compensation Range $60,000 - $90,000 year one

Mac Donald Search Group has been asked by our natural health products client to find a first-class Territory Manager to join their team in Toronto
. The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive sales growth for a portfolio of leading natural health brands within the food, drug, and mass retail channels—building strong relationships, executing promotional programs, and supporting retail success.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:Grow sales and achieve distribution goals across assigned accounts and regions.Build and maintain strong business relationships with store and head office personnel.Identify new sales opportunities through data analysis, trend monitoring, and in-store insights.Negotiate promotional placements, shelf space, and merchandising initiatives to maximize visibility.Ensure timely execution of sales programs and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.You should have the following in your background to apply:2+ years of experience in territory or account management, ideally within the natural health or CPG sector.Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with sales data tools (, Nielsen) is an asset.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
