** The Business Development Associate provides essential sales support to internal, hybrid, and external sales executives serving clients across central Canada. This early‑career role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the wealth and asset management industry while developing strong client support, sales enablement, and analytical skills. You’ll work closely with hybrid sales executives and play a key role in helping the team strengthen relationships with advisors and prospects.

Responsibilities
Education & Experience:
1-2+ years of relevant work experience preferred (internships and co‑ops welcome).
Undergraduate degree, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms is an asset.
Nice to have:
Investment Industry experience.
Experience Completion of the Canadian Securities Course
Experience in mutual funds and/or ETFs
Understanding of the Canadian advisor advice channel
