You’llmanageday-to-dayoperationsacrossexistingaccountswhilecontinuouslygrowingthenetworkthrough
recruitment,negotiation,andstrategicrelationship-building
.Therolerequiresstronganalyticalskills,excellent communication,andaproactive,performance-drivenmindset.

Youwillactasastrategicpartnertobothpublishersandadvertisers—balancingscalewithquality,compliance,andsustainableperformance.

• Manageday-to-dayrelationshipswithactivepublishersandtrafficpartnersacrossthebusinessportfolio
• Supportonboardingofnewpublishers,including
  
  IOandcontractsprocess,compliance requirements,andcampaignsetup
• Monitorperformancemetricsincludingvolume,conversion rates,andcustomerquality
• Maintainconsistentcommunicationtotroubleshootissuesandsupportcampaignoptimization

• Launchandscalecampaignsacrossinsurance,homeservices,andrelatedlead-genverticals
• Helpalignpublishertrafficwithadvertiserrequirementsandbrandguidelines
• Analyzecampaignperformanceandmetricstoidentifyoptimizationopportunities
• Collaboratewithinternalteamstopromotecampaignsanddevelopnewopportunities

• Identifyandrecruitnewpublishersthroughoutreach,industryplatforms,andpersonalnetworks
• Supportexpansionintonewtrafficsourcesandacquisitionchannelsforleadgenerationcampaignsandenterprisepartnerships
• Buildfoundationalrelationshipsthatcanbegrownovertimetoincreaserevenue

• Executepublisheronboarding,contractprocesses,andadministrativetaskswithaccuracyandorganization
• MaintainaccuraterecordsinCRMandinternalsystems
• Supporttechnicalreporting,campaigntracking,andinternaldocumentation
• Shareinsightswiththeteamonpublisherperformanceandmarkettrends
• Collaboratewithseniorteammemberstoimproveworkflowsandonboardingprocesses

• Minimum
  2yearsofexperience
  inaffiliatemarketing,digitalmedia,or performance-basedadvertising
• Minimum
  2yearsofsalesorbusinessdevelopmentexperience
  withdemonstratedclosingskills
• Strongunderstandingof
  CPA,CPL,and performance-basedacquisitionmodels
• Directexperiencein
  insurance
  ,
  in-homeservices
  ,orotherregulatedlead-genverticals
• Experienceworkingwith
  enterpriseorlarge-scaleadvertisers
• Experience with
  search,native,orsocialtrafficsources
• Strong negotiation,communication,andanalyticalskills
