With continued growth and the opening of our new, industry‑leading Experience Center in Toronto, GAV MGMT is seeking qualified Account Executives to join our team. Working in collaboration with our Business Development Strategists, Marketing team, and Executive Leadership, our Account Executives play a key role in developing and maintaining accounts across Canada.

Role Overview

The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships. Primarily responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, the Account Executive acts as the bridge between the client and the company’s solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to address client needs, secure new accounts, and strengthen existing relationships to achieve sales targets and drive organizational growth.

Experience and Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
  • Experience selling Audio Visual or IT products/services.
  • Experience selling at the executive and/or C level.
  • Experience in solution-based selling in Fortune 500 / Enterprise accounts (not exclusive to those markets).
  • Developed network of decision-makers and technology implementers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and prospecting activities.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure those needs are met with the right services, products, or solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements and adjustments in strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, transactions, and progress toward sales targets.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service departments to align client-facing activities and initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve client conflicts and complaints to maintain strong relationships.
  • Update internal databases with account details, including new contacts and activities.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand network and industry knowledge.
  • Implement effective sales strategies under the guidance of senior executives.
