A 40-year-old company recently backed by one of the largest (Canadian) PEs has spun off a 300-person division to accelerate growth and break into new markets. With the stability of a large company but the energy of a start-up, we are expanding our Account Executive Team.

Responsibilities
  • Expand our Account Executive Team.
  • Drive expansion and shape market leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base of: $90k-110K CAD, OTE $185k CAD Uncapped Commissions + Accelerators.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B net new sales, preferably selling SaaS-based solutions in the field.
  • Prefer experience using sales enablement tools (Zoominfo, Enablix, Salesforce).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to engage with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and overcoming objections.
  • Prefer experience with SPIN Selling techniques, including the ability to effectively identify and address customer needs.
