Responsibilities
Develop and execute consultative sales strategies to promote and sell Inteli Sys'Passenger Service System (PSS) solutions (amelia) to airlines in Europe and North America.
Identify, engage, and build relationships with key airline stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT, and commercial teams.
Drive the full sale cycle from lead generation, qualification and discovery through to proposal, contract negotiation, and closing.
Collaborate with the product, marketing, and pre-sales teams to align customer needs with tailored PSS solutions.
Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
Stay informed on the competitive landscape, airline industry trends, and evolving customer needs.
Contribute feedback to the product roadmap by relaying customer requirements and market insights.
Travel as needed to meet with prospective clients and attend key industry events.
Skills & Experience
Post-secondary education in business, computer science, aviation management or related discipline.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B software sales, preferably within the aviation or travel technology sectors.
Analytical and creative thinking skills to solve problems.
Strong in problem-solving and relationship management competencies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with prospects, customers, technical teams and business stakeholders.
Flexibility and ability to conform to shifting priorities and timelines
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an efficient member of a team
