The salary range for this position is $56 588 – $65 000. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

What the day will look like- Engage with clients through inbound calls, outbound follow‑ups, and email, delivering a positive experience that drives retention and new sales opportunities
- Actively support business development by supplying to campaigns and initiatives aimed at expanding the Personal Lines book of business
- Provide expert insurance advice on pricing, coverage, and options to help clients choose solutions that meet their needs and support upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Stay current on insurer market changes and follow all insurer and Aon workflows to maintain detailed policies, enabling confident recommendations and minimizing E&O exposure
- Advise prospective clients and complete quotes in insurer portals and our BMS, ensuring underwriting criteria is accurate and clients are fully advised to support a successful close
- Help drive team performance by supporting and accomplishing initiatives that increase new business, renewal retention, and overall revenue growth in Personal Lines
- Proactively cross‑sell additional products and services to new and existing clients; promptly follow up on warm leads and referrals to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients, colleagues, underwriters, and industry partners to improve referral and sales opportunities
As part of an industry‑leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions. In this Sales Broker role, you will report directly to the Eastern & Central Canada Leader of Personal Risk Solutions and supply not only to client service excellence but also to business development initiatives that support the growth of our portfolio
Skills and experience that will lead to success- 2–3+ years’ experience in Home and Auto Personal Lines insurance, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
- Post‑secondary diploma or degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) that supports strong business and sales savvy
- Proven capacity to lead a high volume of sales activities, prioritize revenue‑generating opportunities, and maintain a positive, solutions‑focused attitude
- Confirmed sales performance with strong closing ratios, effective cross‑selling and upselling, and consistent revenue growth
- Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail to ensure accurate policies, documentation, and follow‑up which reinforce the sales process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear value‑based conversations and confident recommendations
- Proven ability to build, deepen, and retain profitable relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurer partners
- Provincial insurance license required (RIBO strongly preferred); additional designations such as CIP or CAIB are considered strong assets
