We’re building a new broker mortgage services division from the ground up, and we need a sales hunter with entrepreneurial fire to help us win. This isn’t a hand‑holding role—you’ll be given a territory, quota and the tools to succeed, then it’s up to you to make it happen. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the broker mortgage segment
  • Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities with mortgage brokers, broker networks and aggregators across your region
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using Hub Spot CRM
  • Keep Hub Spot CRM up to date at all times
  • Conduct regular face‑to‑face and virtual meetings with qualified prospects
  • Own your results—celebrate wins, learn from losses and constantly raise your own bar
  • Relationship Management
  • Network relentlessly at industry events, broker meetings, conferences and anywhere brokers gather
  • Connect with lenders and arrange to onboard any missing lenders
  • Connect authentically at all levels—from brokerage executives and principals to individual brokers and operations managers
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers across broker organizations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic broker accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify growth opportunities and address concerns
  • Build champions within broker organizations and brokerages
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the mortgage broker market—understand trends and competitive dynamics
  • Provide market feedback to product and technology teams to inform platform enhancements
  • Share competitive intelligence with leadership to shape strategy
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments and how they impact broker operations
  • Stay informed on lender strategies for broker business
  • Learn from every interaction—what objections come up, what messaging resonates, what closes deals
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new broker clients
  • Work with tech and product teams to facilitate platform integrations
  • Represent the voice of the broker customer internally—advocate for what they need to succeed
  • Provide sales forecasting and performance reporting to leadership
  • Drive Results Through Action
  • Be resourceful—find creative ways to get in front of prospects and stand out from competitors
  • Never wait for leads to come to you—generate your own opportunities through outbound prospecting and persistent networking
