titus/one works closely with Zoomer Digital’s premium media brands and audience network, giving clients a unique advantage:
strategy + execution + managed media (owned and off-net) + AEO leadership — all under one roof .
You are a pure hunter — energized by opening doors, creating demand, and winning new business.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving net-new agency revenue by following Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to prospect, pitch, and close brands in a specified set of verticals where titus/one has deep expertise.
This role is focused entirely on new client acquisition. You’ll own the full sales lifecycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery to proposal, close, and handoff — while partnering closely with senior leadership to position titus/one as a long-term, strategic growth partner.
You’re comfortable selling managed services and monthly recurring retainers, not one-off executions, and you can confidently explain how titus/one generates tangible results, continually improves ROAS, and provides leadership in the game-changing world of AEO.
What You'll Do- Prospect and close net-new business for titus/one across priority verticals
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Pitch Managed Media Services (Meta, Google, Reddit, Social, etc.) and AEO strategies that will dovetail with other digital marketing programs.
- Clearly articulate titus/one’s high-touch service model that ensures clients are kept up to date on the status of all activities, performance analytics, and strategic recommendations to continually improve results.
- Collaborate closely with:
- VP of Digital Sales
- Senior VP of Agency
- Director of Marketing & Agency Services
- Build tailored proposals and growth roadmaps aligned to client goals and objectives
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and log all activity in CRM / OMS tools
- Stay current on digital trends, AI-driven discovery, and platform changes to strengthen sales conversations
- Ensure a seamless handoff to internal delivery teams while staying engaged on upsell and expansion opportunities
- A strong hunter mindset with success creating opportunities from zero
- Experience selling managed services, retainers, or integrated marketing solutions
- Comfort selling into CMOs, Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, and Founders
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable for results
- Familiarity with CRM or OMS platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Ad Orbit, etc.)Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging trends in AI, search behaviour, and digital discovery
Experience in Cannabis, Alcohol, Telecom, or Travel & Leisure is a strong asset, but not required.
