DescriptionThis is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely.
Vena is looking to build and deliver exceptional enablement programs and we are looking for a dynamic and passionate team member to execute this vision. You will deliver best-in-class programs for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Partner team members, as you take learners on the journey from beginner to mastery by developing insightful and engaging programs, leveraging multiple delivery methods. You will work closely with stakeholders across the entire organization to leverage best-in-class processes and measurement methodologies to develop and deliver against an enablement program roadmap to ensure the realization of desired learning outcomes.
The successful candidate will be a proactive collaborator with excellent communication skills who is passionate about skill mastery and finding new and creative ways to drive efficiency and skill across the business.
- Design, develop and implement new Enablement Programs in partnership with cross-functional leaders and enablement team members.
- Drive the adoption of the Revenue Tech Stack across the entire Sales team, including adoption measurement reports, after action reviews, and recommended actions for improvement.
- Provide inputs for GTM Strategy quarterly planning process.
- Partner with the Marketing team to support marketing-led initiatives in Sales and Account Management driving event awareness to support pipeline growth, customer expansion, and advocacy programs.
- Own and develop skill assessment matrices and competencies for SDR, Sales, Account Management, and Partner Sales for individual contributors as well as leadership.
- Develop, continuously improve and drive adoption of coaching frameworks aligned to programming.
- Support in the execution of semi-annual Revenue Kickoff Programs.
- Maintain a culture of ongoing learning, coaching and sharing best practices while ensuring a world-class experience for office-based and remote employees
- Travel to Vena’s Toronto office quarterly to facilitate Enablement sessions, or to support Sales and Marketing events.
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years’ experience building and delivering training, leveraging different modalities
- 3+ years’ experience in Revenue or Sales Enablement, within a fast-paced, agile environment
- Evidence of building rapidly scaling enablement programs
- Experience implementing sales technology
- Experience with AI sales tools is an asset
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS);
Docebo experience an asset - Experience with the development and delivery of technical certification programs
- Multiple language proficiency is an asset
The salary range for this role is $89,250 CAD to $120,750 CAD.
