We are looking for a Field Service Manager with a great attitude, leadership abilities and willingness to learn. Job responsibilities will be to install, service, repair and assist with sales of ASGCO conveyor equipment and services to our distributors, OEMs and end‑user customers. We provide in‑house conveyor training and other technical training programs for advancement.

• Perform product installations and maintenance of ASGCO manufactured products throughout Eastern Canada
• Build sales relationships with our distributors and end‑user customers
• Ensure all service jobs and projects are performed safely, on time and with the highest level of quality workmanship
• Be a team player to increase sales and market share of ASGCO products and services by performing product installations, distributor and end‑user sales calls, trade shows, and other functions as needed throughout the territory
• Assist ASGCO Territory Managers and distributor sales representatives with conveyor inspections, training and sales as needed in their respective territories
• Assist with increasing sales and market share for all ASGCO products and services by providing solutions to customers
• Perform conveyor surveys, inspections and provide reports for end‑users and distributors
• Stay organized and prepare work tickets, call reports and expenses in Salesforce CRM on a timely basis
• 50% travel required
• Lead with safety and motivation as a team player
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, leadership abilities and a positive attitude

• Conveyor industry service experience a must
• 3+ years of basic welding and fabricating skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, detailed and focused
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license
• Candidate must pass a background check, drug screen and other job requirements
