What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve sales targets for software solutions within manufacturing industries using a disciplined sales process
  • Develop project scope and ROI analysis while utilizing value selling techniques to structure commercial deals
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and information flow
  • Provide regular status reports to sales management on forecasts, pipeline, and activity summaries
  • Cultivate strong business knowledge of the PLEX offering and its impact on business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in sales
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada; sponsorship is not available
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in selling or consulting within manufacturing industries
  • Proven experience in selling software solutions, particularly in manufacturing environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling cloud-based solutions in a SaaS environment
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Background in engineering, supply chain, computer science, or related disciplines
  • Familiarity with detailed sales methodologies and ability to engage with senior management
  • Demonstrated understanding of emerging technology trends in manufacturing software
