Mersey, a division of Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning, is looking for Outside Sales Advisors who are true selling professionals focused on relationship-building and creative solutions that benefit all parties. The successful candidate should practice strong communication daily, foster existing relationships, develop new ones, and continually enhance their skills to be best in class.

Successful candidates will be invited to complete a one-way video interview.

• Engage new, current and former customers with solutions for their home comfort needs
• Help homeowners save money on utilities and future repairs
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
• Attain sales goals at or above quota revenues
• Be rewarded daily with a shorter selling cycle and direct interaction with decision makers; exercise control over earnings
• This is a commission-based opportunity; you are paid for performance

• Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations
• Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills, as well as solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to establish and develop strong relationships with customers
• Post-secondary education in business or marketing (an asset)
• Minimum three years of business-to-consumer sales
• Proven track record of success
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Basic PC computer proficiency
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and some weekends
• Prior experience in HVAC is not required
