Inside Sales Representative

Base Pay Range

We’re a team of ~50 people who’ve done 6 acquisitions in 18 months and scaled from $0 to >$100M in revenue. We’re a global group with businesses across the US, UK, and EU. We buy and build companies that help people find and buy the products they love. Our portfolio includes leading fashion marketplaces like Italist, HEWI and Verishop, affiliate marketing platforms like Stylight and My Best Brands , B2B technology solutions like Bonsai, and niche Marketplaces in the Creator and Construction spaces like Everpress and DOZR.

We’re looking for someone to join DOZR as an Inside Sales Representative
. DOZR is an online marketplace that helps contractors and DIY'ers rent the construction equipment they need, where and when they need it. In this role you'll handle our inbound sales calls to help new and existing customers to find the right equipment and place their order. This is a Remote role in Canada.

• Receive dozens of inbound calls per day from new and existing customers across North America
• Partner with customers to help them select the right equipment for their job, and then help them set up their account and place their rental order
• Coordinate order scheduling, order quoting, payment processing, and invoice set‑up
• Follow up with customers we’ve quoted to help close the deal

• Someone who has worked in the construction/landscaping/equipment/industrial space, and is interested in growing as a sales person
• Someone who enjoys working with people, being on calls most of the day, and solving problems collaboratively
• Someone who’s competitive and enjoys learning/growing and winning
• Someone who is motivated by commissions and strong variable incentives

• People who don’t enjoy talking on the phone
• People who get drained by dealing with people all day, every day
• People who are afraid to push for a sale and close deals

• Process: everyone will hear back within 3 days of applying. Our process involves calls with 2‑3 members of our team.
• Work Setup: we operate Remote‑first in Canada.

  there is some scheduling flexibility (depending on if you prefer an earlier or later workday), but for the most part your day will start between 8:00 am‑10:00 am and finish between 5:00 pm‑7:00 pm.

Compensation Range: $20 K - $30 K
