We are seeking a driven Telesales Agent to join our sales team. This is a full-time
, in-office role focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals. If you thrive in a competitive environment, love to hustle, and want to win through driving growth and hitting targets, we want to hear from you.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, connect with customers, and close deals
- Use Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to create opportunities and drive revenue
- Track interactions and update lead information accurately using CRM tools
- Competitive drive to win
- Strong experience and successes in Sales
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, connect with customers, and close deals
- Knowledge of CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
Compensation:
Competitive based on experience plus commission structure
