Job DescriptionAs our Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and building new B2B relationships and sales through an existing network or generating new opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing- Use consultative strategies to provide insight on how to leverage the SMG solution to potential clients
- Create, negotiate, and close sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales activities and targets
- 5+ years of B2B experience in a sales environment
- Experience in Human Resources or Talent Management is preferred
- Self-managing, goal-oriented with a passion for sales and a track record of closing opportunities
- Working knowledge of selling SaaS products
