We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with astrong industrial background to join our team. The successful candidate willlead sales initiatives, build and maintain strong client relationships, anddrive business growth in the warehouse automation and storage solutions sector.

This role requires a deep understanding of industrial environments, material handling systems, and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in warehouse automation, racking,and storage solutions.
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, contractors,and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure proposed solutions meetclient requirements.
  • Conductsite visits to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and support project delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’sdegree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimumof 2-3 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in warehouseautomation, material handling, or storage solutions.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of warehouse operations and industrial equipment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Abilityto travel within Canada as needed.
