Position:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer experience on every customer interaction and maximize sales potential by educating customers on how products and services can make their home more comfortable. Additional earning potential of between $1,000-4,000 per month on sales commission with no cap.
- Exceed customer experience and sales expectations.
- Communicate (verbal and written) with internal partners on applicable customer related interactions.
- Communicate effectively interdepartmentally and cross-functionally.
- Handle incoming new and existing customer calls regarding Sales and Service inquiries.
- Basic troubleshooting of common service-related issues.
- Deliver best-in-class service experience in a professional courteous manner to internal and external customers.
- Maximize sales potential by educating customers on products and services that meet their needs.
- Exceed customer experience and sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Up‑Sell and Cross‑Sell by providing the right solution for each customer.
- Conduct after‑sales follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up to date product information on offerings including HVAC products, Water Heaters, Purification Products, Smart Home products, Protection Plans and more.
- Maintain industry knowledge and/or experience working with HVAC and service protection plans.
- Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales Call Center experience.
- Must be able to use multiple computer screening and applications simultaneously and be adept at learning new software.
- Excellent English Proficiency (written and verbal).
- Industry knowledge and/or experience working with HVAC and service protection plans is a strong asset.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Work hours are Monday to Sunday, with shifts between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.
- Currently hiring Monday to Friday 1 p‑9 p with every other Saturday from 11‑7 (but this is subject to change in Second quarter).
