Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with decades of industry experience
, recognized for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They are looking to add a dynamic Business Development Representative to their team to drive growth and strengthen their presence in the market.

Base pay range: CA $70,000.00/yr - CA $80,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts within manufacturing and industrial markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities, including market research and networking.
• Present and promote products and solutions to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure successful delivery.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in business development, account management, or sales (manufacturing/industrial background preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week (until training period).
