Territory Sales Representative - Greater Toronto Area

This position is based in Greater Toronto Area.

Job Summary

Zim Vie Dental is a global leader in implant and restorative dentistry solutions with more than 60 years of industry experience. Our mission is to alleviate pain and improve the quality of life for people around the world.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals by developing relationships with existing and new customers, identifying and tailoring solutions, educating them on Zim Vie Dental Products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Increase sales in the assigned territory by working collaboratively with the Zim Vie Solutions Team to create differentiated value.
Expected Areas of Competence
  • Drive sales growth and exceed assigned quota in the territory by acquiring new customers and expanding sales with existing accounts.
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient safety through proper use of Zim Vie products.
  • Prepare and implement a territory business plan by targeting and converting new business while expanding existing business.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute local customer programs and events to build brand loyalty.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, dentists, laboratories, and office personnel.
  • Strictly adhere to all laws and Zim Vie policies regarding interaction with HCPs, product handling, complaints, expense reporting, sales activities and training.
  • Use sales tools such as Salesforce CRM to manage and plan sales activities.
  • Attend and represent Zim Vie at customer events, including trade shows.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to support product launches and new product strategies.
Education / Experience Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience with a documented track record of overachieving performance.
  • B2B sales experience in health science preferred but not required.
Travel Requirements
  • Up to 95% travel (predominantly by car).
  • Depending on territory, 0% to 20% overnight stays and air travel may be required.
Compensation

$65-70k + uncapped commissions.
