Volunteer RoleAs a volunteer, you will:
- Collaborate with the Human Rights and Gender Industrial committees to develop and implement a training action plan focused on Human Rights for the executives, staff, and employees of ANDI member organizations.
- Assist in the facilitation of training sessions and the preparation of relevant materials.
- Aid in promoting and sharing the initiatives undertaken by the Industrial Human Rights Committee and its member companies.
- Support additional HR initiatives carried out by ANDI and Cuso International.
- A university degree in social science, international development, or a related field, along with equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of issues related to Human Rights.
- Hands‑on research experience involving various stakeholders, including CSOs, MSMEs, NGOs, and local and national government entities.
- Comprehension of inclusive and participatory approaches, employing gender‑sensitive methods among diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the private sector with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.
