Seventh Heaven Event Catering & Corporate Crazy Catering has been delivering exceptional weddings, corporate functions, and private events across the GTA for over 25 years. We are currently seeking a reliable, hands-on Event Warehouse Associate to support our event logistics, equipment management, and back-of-house operations.

Position OverviewThe Event Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in preparing, organizing, and maintaining all catering equipment, rental inventory, and event materials. This position ensures every event leaves our facility complete, clean, and ready to execute flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
The Event Warehouse Associate is responsible for packing, organizing, and carefully double-checking all catering orders and rental items to ensure accuracy and completeness. This role includes preparing and staging equipment for upcoming events, as well as safely and efficiently loading and unloading vehicles. The position also involves completing catering delivery orders and assisting with event setup and teardown when required.
Upon return from events, the associate will receive rental items and ensure they are properly washed, polished, inspected, and restocked. Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse, vehicles, and storage areas is essential. The role also supports general facility upkeep and light maintenance tasks while consistently following company quality control procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Ontario G-Class Driver's License with a clean driving record. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout a full shift is required. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a professional attitude with clear communication abilities are essential. Applicants should be comfortable working in warehouse, cleaning, and physically demanding environments. Previous experience in catering, warehouse operations, logistics, or event production is considered an asset.
