What You'll Do:

• Greet customers politely and friendly.
• Process transactions efficiently, including merchandise deactivation respecting the EAS Program.
• Promote company programs such as credit cards, product protection, and charity initiatives.
• Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
• Follow safe work practices, including proper lifting and maintaining a clean work area.
• Handle cash securely, adhere to policies, and stay aware of surroundings.
• Refer complex service or transactional issues to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
